  1. IDENTIFICATION OF PARTS

Falco assures above industry standard traceability of it parts. We are able to trace parts in several ways:

    1. DATE CODE  of manufacture on parts (label on the part) – This is the corresponding week that that Falco made the parts.

The format is YYWW; were YY = year and WW = week.

    2. Customer Revision Level – This is located on the part label after the Customer Part Number. It is also on the carton label attached to the box in which the parts were shipped.
    3. Falco Revision Level (IML) – Falco’s revision level is found on the box label.
    4. Box Number – Unique serial number assigned to every box by each plant. This is the best way to trace since it identifies the specific lot of parts in question.

  2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM

In order for us to clearly understand the problem we request that you supply us with your readings, observations, and REDLINE your print to reference which parameter we are non-compliant against. Please include all this data with the sample of non-conforming parts you are sending us.

Falco maintains strict control over customer supplied prints. We will begin our analysis by first comparing our working print against the print you have forwarded with the returned samples.
