Falco offers a new series of encapsulated line transformers for 50/60 Hz with output power rating up to 1.5 VA into a 32.5 x 27.5 x 24.5 mm package. The series includes a broad range of configurations for single and dual outputs with 155 or 230 input voltages. Output voltages offered range from 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 24 Volts at 1.5 VA. The device is constructed to meet the VDE and UL safety requirements and can be certified under request for additional standards like BABT, CSA and CE.All constructing materials are UL 130°C (class B) recognized. Vacuum potting is applied to the entire unit in order to pass integrity test like dielectric strength at 4000 Volts between primary and secondary. On request thermal protection can be added to the transformer in order to comply with international or specialties industry standards, moreover they can be designed to pass the inherently short-circuit proof. APPLICATION These transformers are useful for general applications where high degree of isolation level from AC line and output power less than 1.5 VA is required.
